How long does it take to get my order?
It may range from 1-5 business days, depending on your location. See Estimated Delivery Time for your specific region.
Why is my order still processing?
It is our priority to process (and ship) orders on the same business day. Orders placed after 1 PM PST on Fridays or over the weekend are processed on the next business day. Larger orders may require longer times to process.
Do you process orders on the weekend?
Our warehouse is open Monday through Friday. Orders submitted after 1 PM PST on the last business day of the week (usually Friday) would be processed on the following business day (usually Monday). See Order Processing for details.
Do you offer rush shipping?

I got my package but one or more items are broken, what do I do?
Glass vases are extremely fragile and damages may occur occasionally during shipping. We would be happy to refund shipping damages after valid documentation and verfication.
I don’t like the items I bought, can I return them?
Your complete satisfaction is important to us. We will gladly issue refunds for items returned within 30 days of delivery*. (Shipping costs are non-refundable) See Return Policy for details.
I placed an order but I changed my mind, can I cancel the order?
Yes, we want to you to be happy with your purchase. Please call us at (562) 692-1061 immediately to cancel your order. See Sales Policy for details
Are there refunds for Sale Items or Special Orders?
No, since Sale Items or Specials Orders are considered final sale items; there would be no refunds or exchanges.

How can I get a wholesale discount?
Wholesale prices are already listed online for all items. Simply click on the item you are interested in and select the case quantity under when it says “Wholesale Discount”. The larger the pack, the cheaper each individual piece will become. You do not need to make an account to add wholesale discounts to your cart.
Why was I notified that my package(s) will be shipped by freight
If your order has a shipping cost of over $500, we will likely ship your order by freight. This shipping method helps to ensure that your order will arrive in a safe and timely manner. If we choose to send your order by freight, you will be notified by email and phone. Switching to freight will not add to the shipping cost, but services such as inside delivery and lift gate charges are not included in the shipping cost. Should you require inside delivery or lift gate, additional charges will be incurred.
If my order(s) is shipped by freight, what do I need to know?
Shipping by freight is often more secure and prevents damage during transit, but there are a few things you need to know before your shipment can be delivered:
- If we do decide to ship by truck, we will call you to confirm the details. Please make sure your phone and/or email on the order is accurate and reachable.
- The truck driver will call you 2 days before delivery, so make sure someone will be available to answer the phone.
- Make sure that someone will be present at the shipping location to sign for the shipment when it arrives.
- Trucker drivers are only responsible driving to the shipping address. Customers are responsible for unloading the shipment. Extra charges will be incurred if services such as inside delivery or lift gate are requested.
