I need the opening of these to be exactly 4"...is there any deviation from one piece to another? Also, just want to confirm that if the opening is 4" and the thickness is 1/16", the outside diameter is 4.125"?

The 4" in outside diameter, the inside is approx 3.94". The thickness is very consistent since it's machine-made.
